Weller Development Partners’ inaugural international development project, Six Senses Grand Bahama, is a collaboration between Weller Development, leading global impact investment manager, Pegasus Capital Advisors, along with the Global Fund for Coral Reefs, one of the largest private equity vehicles to date dedicated to climate resilience, coastal ecosystems, communities, and coral reefs globally.

Weller Development is bringing IHG’s top luxury hotel brand, Six Senses, to The Bahamas. Less than an hour by plane or a mere 2.5 hours by boat from West Palm, Grand Bahama is situated as the gateway to The Bahamas. Six Senses Grand Bahama features a Resort Village comprising 70 guest villas of diverse sizes, alongside 28 branded residences situated along the pristine, sandy-white beaches with crystal-clear, turquoise seas that will offer an exclusive, natural living experience for owners. Spanning across 50 acres, Six Senses Grand Bahama has direct access to an idyllic mile long beach, adjacent to the Grand Lucayan Waterway and a newly developed marina.

Resort Village

The Resort Village at Six Senses Grand Bahama, designed by Gensler, consists of 70 guest villas of diverse sizes, situated in distinct locations to offer a serene and memorable stay. Additionally, Six Senses Resort features signature restaurants serving local cuisine sourced from local farmers and vendors, allowing guests to savor the finest Bahamian dishes. Additionally, the Six Senses Spa and Wellness center will cater to the health and wellness goals of each individual guest.

Branded Residences

Six Senses Residences Grand Bahama consists of 28 branded residences including 10 beachfront residences and 18 canalside residences. The residences boast luxury and ample space, while maintaining a low density. promote connection with nature and enhance the laid-back luxury ethos of the overall project. Estates will range from .5 acre to .75 acre and can accommodate up to 6 bedrooms within 9,500 square feet of spacious interior and exterior living. Owners will benefit from an eco-conscious island retreat with all the modern comforts with a first-rate service team and resort lifestyle bursting with crafted experiences. Renderings of the canalside residences show private boat slips adjacent to the residences, providing immediate access to the ocean via the Grand Lucayan Waterway.
