Nick’s Fish House

Nick’s Fish House is a Baltimore seafood staple, overlooking the Middle Branch waterfront in the up-and-coming Port Covington neighborhood. Weller Development Partners improved the built environment by renovating the property, upgrading the bar, outdoor deck, kitchen and back-of house facilities, as well as improving the surrounding critical area with shoreline and bike path enhancements.

The WDP team repositioned this celebrated seafood restaurant by selecting a new operating group that streamlined operations and increased entertainment and programming, resulting in restaurant sales more than doubling in less than five years. The property also includes Baltimore Yacht Basin, offering great amenities at the most convenient marina location in Baltimore City.
