Nathan Federico is a Senior Development Analyst at Weller Development Partners. He is assigned to Weller’s Napa Valley Aetna Springs Resort development, where he provides analytical and administrative support to the development associate, progressing all aspects of the project, including entitlement, design, permitting, and construction.
Prior to joining WDP, Mr. Federico worked as a Senior Analyst at a boutique brokerage in Washington, D.C., underwriting potential listings for land, investment, and development sales, and debt/equity placements. In 2022, Mr. Federico and his team successfully sourced buyer’s for over $55M of land for multifamily development. He also worked for K. Hovnanian Homes as a Land Acquisition Analyst, and Bozzuto Management Company as an Assistant Property Manager.
Mr. Federico earned a B.A. in Business Administration from The University of Vermont and currently lives in Arlington, VA.
