Madhvi Shukla is a Development Associate at Weller Development Partners. She is responsible for the day-to-day development management of Weller’s Grand Bahamas Six Senses Resort, where she leads the design, entitlement, permitting, and construction efforts on behalf of the team.
She previously worked at JBG SMITH on the development team, where she was responsible for several large-scale, mixed-use developments including Amazon’s HQ2, 1,500 apartment units, 300K square feet of office, and the Signet Condominiums. Prior to JBG SMITH, Madhvi worked in economic development for local government overseeing large-scale projects including MGM National Harbor Hotel & Casino, creating incentives for transit-oriented development, and rewriting local zoning ordinances.
Madhvi earned a B.A. in Political Science from University of Maryland, Baltimore County and an MBA from the University Of Maryland. Madhvi and her husband Jim live in Bethesda.
