Jack Kane is a Development Associate at Weller Development Partners. He is responsible for the day-to-day development management of Weller’s Napa Valley Aetna Springs Resort, where he leads the design, entitlement, permitting, and construction efforts on behalf of the team.
Prior to joining WDP, Jack worked at JBG Smith as a Development Associate responsible for several mixed-use development projects, including approximately 1,000 apartment units, 350k square feet of office, a jewel box retail pavilion for a Michelin star chef, and the addition of a second Metro entrance to the existing Crystal City station. Prior to JBG Smith, Jack worked for Bank of America underwriting $900M of LIHTC Debt and Equity, and JLL serving as an owner’s rep managing design, permitting, and construction of hotel renovation and capital improvement projects for hospitality REITs.
Jack earned a B.A. in Economics from Villanova University and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Finance and Development from Georgetown University. Jack and his wife, Jen, live in Arlington, VA with their son, William.
