Sirlei Lalley is the Executive Assistant at Weller Development Partners. She joined the company in January, 2024 and has a variety of roles supporting all aspects of the business. Currently Mrs. Lalley is supporting Office Management, Travel, and Finance.
Mrs. Lalley brings 15 years of experience in project, education, and manufacturing management functions. Prior to joining Weller, she worked for Accountable Health Inc. as Executive Assistant to the CEO. Previously, Mrs. Lalley worked as a teacher, educating Special Needs children. Mrs. Lalley also worked as a project assistant for WEG, supporting the manufacturing of industrial electric-electronic equipment.
Mrs. Lalley received her bachelor’s degree in education from the University of Blumenau and a master’s degree in business administration from University of Maryland Global Campus.
