As a Senior Accountant for Weller Development, Shane Elie oversees all full-cycle project and corporate accounting functions in addition to project cost management, financial analysis, and cash flow management. Mr. Elie also prepares capital calls, debt draws, and financial reporting to partners on all Weller projects.
Prior to joining Weller Development, Mr. Elie worked as a Development Accountant at Foulger-Pratt where he was responsible for all project accounting functions across eight multi-family, industrial, office-to-residential conversion, affordable housing, and office projects across Maryland, Washington, DC, Virginia, and California.
Before Foulger-Pratt, Mr. Elie worked as an accountant for Corporate CFO Services, where he provided outsourced accounting services to Non-Profit, Insurance Brokerage, Political Fundraising, and Residential Construction companies.
Mr. Elie has a degree in Public Accounting from Fordham University (2013).
