Annie Fulton is a Director of Development at Weller Development Partners. She leads the execution of Weller’s Six Senses Napa project, a revitalization of a 100-year-old wellness-focused resort with branded residences. Her responsibilities include overseeing design, entitlement, permitting, and construction.
Annie previously worked in Greystar’s Mid-Atlantic development office where she led multiple urban infill multifamily projects in the Washington DC area totaling 1,000+ residential units, 22,000 square feet of retail, and over $500M in capitalized value. Her projects include 7340 Wisconsin Ave in Bethesda, MD, The Wendy in Arlington, VA, and Union on Knox in College Park, MD. Prior to Greystar, Annie worked at Clark Construction in corporate strategy, design management, and preconstruction services. Her project experience includes the $1.5B new Kansas City Airport terminal, the award-winning Howard County Circuit Courthouse in Columbia, MD, and the FBI Innovation Center in Huntsville, AL.
Annie earned her Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Arkansas and her MBA from Harvard Business School.
